how to get out of a relationship 😞💔

I am completely in love with my "boyfriend " but he doesn't feel the same way anymore he has told he's family we are not together anymore but tells me he loves me ! I feel hurt and I know I should leave him! But I live with him because I don't have enough money to rent an apartment. Everytime I try to break up with him he tries to fix things and I fall for it! What should I do ??? 😞😞😞
