Is is considered spotting or af if you can wear are regular flow tampon for 6 to 8 hrs and it's not even half full

I ebf my 10 month old baby and I know irregular spotting or periods are normal while doing so but I'm on day 10 of spotting/af don't know which one it is due to the fact it's never heavy and I can go hrs with a regular flow tampon and it still not full. Sorry tmi, but would that be considered spotting or af?
