please I need your help!

I'm 7 weeks pregnant, been having constant headache and painful boobs. I don't know what to do. It's actually my first pregnancy, I'm scared of taking any medication aside the prenatal multivitamin. I complained to my OBG he said it's normal during pregnancy.
