10 days late BFN 😩😩 HELP!!

I've been having irregular periods since TTC. Is it possible to have little to no symptoms but still be pregnant? I've taken a total of 4 tests( different brands) & they all are negative .. Has anyone else had symptoms to none & gotten a BFP possibly wks later?? This has happened b4 but I ended up starting af the same day I tested.. Havent had a period since Jan 4-9 2017. We've been trying for almost 6 months. He's in his 40's I'm 26.
