10 days late negative test 2 days ago

So Im now 10 days late. Had period like cramps again earlier and thought for sure af would be here by now. Nope nothing apart from some very light creamy cm. Cramps have been on and off for a week now. Last negative test was 2 days ago. Im sure it would be positive by now if i were actually pregnant. Just wish i knew what was going on. Dr cant see me til march 14th to figure out why the spotting and now absence of period. Should i test again

Or just accept that im probably not pregnant? If im not then y the weird cramps? So confused!!
