klebsiella spp infection

Dear moms. My 3 months daughter has klebsiella spp, it came as a result of the fecal analysis from the laboratory. The simptoms are stomach pain (she cries and bends) and moucous in the stool. Do you know anything about this disease? Now she is on antibiotics - cefuroxim, which I don't know if it works, as her stool still has moucous and she still bends, but she doesn't cry that much. Also, she has side effects from it - diarrhea, nappy rash and acné on her little face. I need an advice, I feel desperate. She takes 1.5ml at 12 hours, and probiotics twice a day.
