So I know I already posted about this but didn't get many responses so I'm hoping to get more feedback this time around. For the record his nursery is a good temperature so he is not cold/ my son just turned 1 and at night when I rock him to sleep he goes right down on his belly and stays that way all night maybe flopping from side to side- he has been fighting his naps HARD so I have started letting him cry a little before rushing back in immediately and when he is able to settle himself he falls asleep folded in half! I've tried adjusting after he falls asleep but it ALWAYS wakes him and then he won't go back down and is a mess all day long... I'm curious if anyone else has a child who sleeps this way on occasion and if it is ok? I mentioned it to his pedi and she didn't really say much (we were there for a different reason) I always think of he's uncomfortable he'll move right? But it can't be easy to breathe that way... and I'm worried about his spine.. any input would be great!
