really constipated

I'm about 6 weeks (maybe 7, I won't get my dating ultrasound until a couple weeks) and I've been extremely constipated since around 4 weeks. All today I was feeling like I really had to go to the bathroom and when I did nothing would happen, but then I'd go back to work and have really bad pains and get the urge to throw up at the same time. I'm also on Zofran, which the doctor said will bind me up even more. What could help with this? I go once a week if I'm lucky 😩
