1st trimester woes

So last night I was stressed out and when I went into the bathroom I found blood in my panties a dark brown. I'm about 5 weeks. So I went to the ER and it got lighter to like a pinker color. No pain and no constant streams of blood. The DR keeps saying it's too early to tell but everything looks ok. So I'm on bed rest today. They said it could be a threatened miscarriage. Which either later it could be, or the placenta detaches itself and can reconnect itself with no issues and a normal pregnancy and delivery. I'm worried. Did or does anyone else have this issue? Or know anything? I'm really scared. I don't want to lose this baby. It's a miracle baby for me. I've tried for years and it finally happened. Please help!
