Stop picking on me!!!!

I downloaded the glow app because I want a baby as soon as possible. The problem? My husband is military and we have had about 4 days together in the last year. I have breakdowns everytime the glow app almost lectures me on the importance of sexual activity and my lack of tracking....I know it's doing that as a reminder, but I can't help but to take it personally since I literally CANNOT have sex with my husband for months and months at a time. Any other women in the same boat? How do you deal?
