Not sure if im pregnant

Ok listen, my period ended a few days before valentines day. I've been missing my pill a lot also and I have unprotected sex with my boyfriend all the time. And he nuts in me every time 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I know I know lol. But back to me missing the pill, if I don't take it right after I eat, if i wait more than 2 hours to take it, ill feel so sick. So between work and school, I been forgetting.  I've missed the pill maybe twice before Valentines day. And then Feb. 14-17 I didn't take the pill at all and was having unprotected sex and yes he came lol. And I've been spotting and feeling really sick, sore/tender breats, sleeping a lot.

Basically, I feel pregnant. Like something is telling me I am. I was pregnant before and got an abortion and I feel those symptoms now. I do feel like its early to tell but I low key hope I am. I was wondering if you guys think so too or is it just the pill? I took one yesterday after I ate and felt sick to my stomach. And the last pill I took before that was...😟 maybe The 19th, not sure.
