I feel like a failure already

I feel like shit because I wanna transition baby to formula. He's two weeks old and I can't build up enough of a supply to pump for him. So I have no help. He's eating constantly so I feel like he's starving. I feel so guilty transitioning because other people don't see it as best. I just need some support because I don't feel I have any.
