Trying to wean.

So I want to stop pumping already permanently, my baby is 7months old now, and I feel bad because I want to give him the very best nutrition, but I'm miserable pumping, and I keep getting lumps in my breast constantly, and I can't deal with pain even when I try to use warm gel pads or hot showers to get rid of the clogged ducts. I'm just tired of being out and having to make sure I pump before I go somewhere and carry it along with me as well. It's exhausting at nights too, having to wake up so I don't miss a pumping session.

What is my 1st and best approach to stop pumping so I don't produce anymore milk? Please help.
