Sorry maybe a little TMI?!

I'm 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow and so constipated it's unreal. 
Anyone else feel like this?? What you doing to help it? I'm drinking lots of water and isn't helping. So bloated also 🙈🙈

I had that with my first.. I had a bowl of Raisin Bran every day and it helped so much

I'm 4 weeks and 3 days and feeling exactly like you. This my second pregnancy and it's was the same with my first. I was told by my doctor it is due to hormonal changes. I would try eating prunes and fruits to see if that helps. It has helped me! Good luck and know it's quite common unfortunately.

Hi I'm stuttering with the same problem and  I got told to drink plenty of water and it wasn't working, some one told me to eat or drink prune juice. Which I did do for the first time last night and after a couple of hours it seemed to of worked. X

I'm also horribly constipated. I go days without going at all and the pain and bloat and stomach distending is crazy! 
I added fiber pills but they aren't really helping at this point.
I drink a ton of water. It's the only thing I drink and it does nothing to help. 
Miralax is the only thing that works for me. I have to take it daily or I'll go minimum two days without going. 
A lot of mom's swear by colace but I can't take that because of a soribitol issue with my colon.
