After 3 years ttc and having PCOS and having 2 surgeries

After 3 years ttc and having PCOS and having 2 surgeries.. my husband works out of town a lot and so the odds were stacked against us.. the doctors said I wasn't ovulating regularly on my own and probably the only way we would conceive would be with medication and IUI... We just sort of quit trying and I got my BFP today.. So it was always in gods plan but on his timing... everyone out there just don't give up hope... I honestly had and had talked myself into believing it wasn't gonna happen for me..
