Conceiving after miscarriage

3 weeks ago today I was 11 weeks pregnant with twins & lost both of them. At 1st I said I never wanted to go through that again and was terrified at the thought of getting pregnant again then losing it. Within the last 1-2 weeks however, we have changed our mind and I've decided I DO want to try again. The bleeding stopped last week but my doctor said not to even attempt for another 3 months. I've read different information online so was wondering how long it took everyone else to conceive after suffering a miscarriage
