How did you hide your pregnancy at first?

My husband got into presidents club at his job which means we get to go on a free all inclusive trip to the Bahamas in a week. I got my BFP and we are so excited but it's also way too soon to tell people. I don't even think we will tell our families until our first doctors appointment. We had a MC in September so I am just extra cautious. The question is... how do I not look super suspicious when free cocktails/ wine/ beer are being handed out like hot cakes?! We will be hanging out a lot with work friends so how should I go about this? Order virgin cocktails at the bar when no one is around? Say I am giving up alcohol for lent? (My husband thinks people might think I have a problem if I do that 😂). Have you ever had this experience?
