Child with G6PD?

My 7 week old baby tested positive for G6PD. I'm going crazy over here with worry. I need some parent insight. Anyone have a baby with the same deficiency?

My son has it. We went to the children’s hospital for a routine check up and some info. Apparently I can be monitored through his diet. The didn’t seem to stress about it- they just wanted me to watch for dark urine or jaundice and told me he has a risk of running anemic through his life.

My 19 months has recently been diagnosed. He’s been very poorly with it. 2 blood transfusions and 3 admissions to hospitals plus lots of days in hospital and sooo many blood tests. All in the last 6 months. How are you all coping? I’m constantly worried 🤦🏻‍♀️

My first baby boy he has G6PD and now he is 8 years old everything is fine only you have to teach him to not eat from others and school must know also his friends.
I have now my second boy also he has G6PD and i am looking for supplements to increase the milk
