Seems common with no answers

I have been trying to google about this "side stitch" feeling I have been getting. It seems like quite a few women get it near the end of pregnancy but there is no consensus whether they are contractions or not. Mine usually occur after back pain. It feels like a really bad side stitch, like after running, and lasts about 45 seconds. It has happened in the upper, mid and lower parts of my bump. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?!
