what's your most comfy sleeping position?

During pregnancy? Mine is on my side, but my shoulders are beginning to hurt maybe because of the increased pressure over time. Anyone got something different? Apparently bad to sleep on back, is this true and why!?

It's bad after about 20 weeks because the baby weighs more and puts pressure/cuts off blood flow to baby.

I sleep on my back still. I'm 32 weeks. I tried sleeping on my side but it hurts my pelvis due to where he's at. I also end up on my back no matter what I do. My ob said it's ok to sleep propped up. I use my maternity pillow and other pillows to prop me up like I'm in a recliner. I sleep great aside from having to pee all the time. Plus my husband says my snoring is better too heh.

Stomach right now, but when I get further along it'll be my side with a pillow tucked under my tummy so that it doesn't feel like it's shifting,

I sleep however I can. I still lay on my back, but it's not comfy very long. My top two are on my stomach (I'm 19 weeks, so I probably won't be able to for too much longer once my belly pops) and on my right side hugging a pillow. I can't hardly stand snuggling with my husband anymore! 😕

Any position that i can actually breathe in 😂
For a while in my second trimester I was able to sleep on either side but the third trimester is no joke lol
I'm super comfy on my right but it's starting to hurt my hips, but when I switch to my left I can't breathe 😑 so for me in changes throughout the night

Left side or snuggled on my hubby. I cant wait for my prego pilliow to come in

I sleep on my left side and rarely on my right. Sometimes I'll wake up on my back but rearrange myself. Left side is best as you're not laying on important major arteries and it's better blood flow to baby.  Back is not recommended as you will limit supply to baby.
