Keep calm

Lately I've been noticing that I'm wound really tight. It's causing me to overreact to any small mistakes my boyfriend or sister make. I'm generally pretty reasonable but want to try to chill out. I'm on an SSRI to help me but I'm trying to change my mind set about things. Thinking to myself "how important is this? " and "will I still remember this in 2 weeks?" Etc. I'd love and appreciate any tips yall can give!
