can someone help me figure out how to put my hair in a bun

Does any one have long layered straight SILKY fucking hair? I used to put my hair in the best ass buns until I got fucking LAYERS a year ago. And now when I put my hair in a bun I get stick ups and they come out the middle of my bun like a baby girl with a hair elastic on top of her head. And now when I put my hair up in a bun I have to put it so tight that you can see my hair line and my eyebrows are raised and the back of my head looks flats with ugly ass baby hairs like baby hairs are supposed to be cute. And it AGGRAVATES me to no end when my hair isn't in a bun. My hair is so silky my bun slides to the side of my head and untwists and omfg. I can't do a DONUT BUN for shit because it's too hard, my layers won't wrap into it and the donut bun is TOO HUGE and nothing can fix it. I get so mad when my hair can't go in a bun. I just got so mad I brushed my hair so fast and ripped out a bunch of my hair because I can't stand it. Someone help before I cut all of my hair off. I hate straight hair so much. I hope my hair dries up so bad that I won't have any.
