ex has my sex tape

When me and my ex were together we made a sex tape.... well now we are broke up. I have moved on and found a new guy and he won't leave me alone. He texts me once a week if not more or texts me yelling at me and basically harassing me. I finally blocked him and now he can't say anything to me. I just don't know how much hatred he has for me and if he's spiteful enough to leak the video. Im mutual friends with his friends and they told me he still had the video and he won't delete it. I don't know what I should do. I could message and tell him to delete it but I don't want to give him any ideas or he could tell me what I want to hear and say he's going to delete it and then really not. I have nightmares all the time of my mom seeing the video and everyone I know. I feel like I have this held over my head and it will never go away.
