Dry cough, congestion, chest pains, noise bleeds and headaches

I am suffering !! I have what felt like a flu Friday night, my body started aching and my head started hurting. Then from there I had bad congestion and chest pains. The next morning when I woke up, I could breath out of my noise and my throat was sore. Now I am dealing with horriable noisebleeds with clots in them. It is not Wednesday and I still feel like crap. I did go to the ER on Saturday, and They checked me for the flu which came back negative. They told me it was a respitory infection and sent me home. They told me they couldn't give me anything but tylenol because I am 23 weeks pregnant. I feel so miserable, I want to go back to the emergency room but I feel like it will be a waste. I am worried that the baby is feeling what I am feeling
