miscarriage dream

I'm currently 8weeks and 5days pregnant and I'm having weird dreams. The worst but not most weird thus far I experienced this morning. I dreamt I was making my morning trip to the restroom. I looked in the commode and there were blood clots along with my clear gelatinous fetus. Upon closer examination I removed it from the commode and it was a gelly figure in the shape of an android character that played music via Bluetooth... apparently I had swallowed it and passed it so it wasn't truly a miscarriage??? I immediately woke up to the sound of my alarm...
