Question for breastfeeding moms

So I'm 30 days pp. I breast feed with pumping as well. I was just wondering how normal leaking is? If I don't pump or nurse every 1.5-2 hours I literally spray milk out of my boobs without touching them.

I can sit and nurse my daughter for 20 minutes on each side and still be dripping milk but then I start pumping right after nursing (when I'm still dripping milk) and only a quarter of an ounce comes out and it stops.

Is leaking/dripping so much normal if there's not that much in my boobs?

When I pump I only get 2-3 ounces out of each boob every 1-2 hours so I'm not constantly stocked up with more than what I need because I want to increase my supply but not producing that much yet.
