Implantation bleeding???

I wen to the bathroom and saw this on my underwear. I am TTC. I had sex with my boyfriend on February 1st and 6th... Could this be implantation bleeding? Or too soon to tell? Nothing when I wiped btw. And I have symptoms.. Is it too early for symptoms also??
