someone help me !!!

So here's the thing, a little after my periods ended in January I had spotting, exactly like implantation spotting. Then I had early pregnancy symptoms ; dizziness, tired, cramps, ect... Then my period was supposed to be on February 16th .... No periods. A week after still no periods with negative pregnancy test, a week later still no periods with a 2nd pregnancy test, next day On March 1st started some brown periods for 2 days then got my red periods. I'm worried of what it could be, but mostly could I still be pregnant. What should I do
