Stressed Out and Crying... Again

Im due in less than 90 days. My boyfriend lease is up end of April which is cutting it way too close for comfort we can't find any place with 4 bedrooms that can qualify for on his own income we that's not in ghetto or roach infested.

I'm not going back to work right away after baby is born so I refuse to get into lease with my income involved because I won't risk my credit getting messed up. He agreed to go work full time so I could stay home with the kids and now he's giving grief and doesn't want to do anything about getting another job and they've cut his hours again! 16 hours this week...

We found a great low income property that isn't in the ghetto fairly new and no negative reports awesome! Well it's a 4/3 and I told him that's cool we can put baby in the 2nd master so when his mom or my mom comes to help with the baby they can stay in the room with baby and have the private bathroom. Well he wants to give it to his 16 year old son who can't even pick up his clothing off the floor!

His current apartment has roaches all over because they refused to clean properly and he wants to give his son an additional spa e to fucking make more messes!

We're running out of options but I don't see how me giving in and putting myself in a stressful situation where I'll have to argue even more often about cleaning is fair just make his son feel grown up. He hasn't earned it, not with actions or grades or lying!

Whe I argue about the cleaning my SO has the balls to say that not everyone was raised like I was. Cleaning is a standard and his mother place is always spotless.. He's just fucking lazy!

I'm at my wits end in the tub crying. I'm ready to leave, I don't want to keep fighting, I don't want to have to sleep with a light on to spot roaches. I want to be able to go to he kitchen and get something to eat without finding two or three of them scurrying around.

Am I being unreasonable???
