upper back pain 10weeks

Hi everyone, just wondering if I'd know if I had an ectopic pregnancy? Do I have to have all the symptoms? The reason I ask is I've got upper back pain, it's not painful it's just a dull ache. Would that be because of my boobs getting bigger?
