Right I am a little bit worried, after looking at this scan picture of my little boy, the nose is there and his top lip looks like it over rides his bottom, the midwife said there was no signs of abnormalities.. can someone shed any light?

So does my boys. My doc didnt say anything but "he deffinitely has dads nose and lips!" ☺ your little boy should be fine

My daughters did that as well 😊 it was very noticeable but she is a healthy 1 year old with pouty lips.

I wouldn't say everything is in its place until after 28 weeks
