How can I deal with crappy bosses???

My boss is christian but she is a BITCH!!! She hates everything!!! She wants control of everything, even things outside of work!! She's jealous of me!!

I don't give a shit of her!  But she's minding my private buiseness!!  Fuck!!! I'm so angry!!

I never thought this fanatic could be a BITCh and whore!!

I just wanted to VENT and I need an advice

Have you gone to HR about this? If you have any documented evidence that she's causing a hostile working environment, you can report her to the EEOC in your area.

I've come across many 'Christians' who could be classed as 'bitches'. Being a member of a certain religion doesn't make one immune to attitude issues. I'm sure there is someone above her you can report  your issues to. But I wouldn't bring her religion into it.

it kind of sounds like you're the one who needs to step back if you think because you're angry it justifies you calling her a bitch and a whore. yes, she needs to mind her own business, but you need to go in hibernation or something until that anger goes away girl.

#1 document everything.  You can't go to HR because she's a Christian Bitch whore.  You can go to HR for her doing things against company policy such as creating a hostile work environment

#3 calm the heck down.  I'm not seeing anything in your post about specifics besides that you just don't like her and you think she is jealous of you.  Watch the language if you don't want to come across as an uneducated brat.

Giving it to you straight.  I've had employees who said "you just don't like me" when i don't give them a raise.  The reality is I like them just fine but they are low performers. Is your performance the top of the pack?  WhT specifically is she doing against you?
