Birth plan help.

So I have started on my birth plan. This is just a list of things that I want. I haven't talked to my doctor about all of these and I don't even know if every choice is possible. This is just my ideal situation. I don't have a mom to talk to and talking to my fiance only goes so far. I was just wondering what the "best" choices are, what you've experienced, anything that can help me make a decision.

Any column that doesn't have check marks is what I need help on. Everything else, I think I'm good on.

Just to specify, I need help with induction, delivery aids, delivery positions, and soon after delivery.
