Opinion please

Yesterday I had my cerclage removed at 36+1. As soon as it was removed I was 3cm dilated and 90% effaced and Baby dropped immediately to +2 position. Today I feel like I can barely get around l. It feels like he's literally in my vagina (TMI I'm sorry) I know +2 is pretty low but I feel like he's dropped even lower but I'm not having regular contractions. Should I just wait it out or go in to have them check my progress. I feel like I'm being crazy but I can FEEL that he is just right there. Ugh. Advice please. Thanks!
