"Bestfriend" ditch on me.

I started planning my baby shower since October (baby shower is on April 1st) i asked my bestfriend if she could be at the hall at 5:00pm to receive the decorator, she said yes without a problem mind you this was 2 months. Today i send her a picture of the centerpieces so she can see how they're coming along and she asked me to remind me at what time she had to be there, so i told her and she said she thought it was earlier and that she couldn't make it at 5 because she has her little cousins bday party, now i dont have anyone to receive the decorator since my mom, sister, aunts and step mom will be at the hair salon with me getting their hair and nails done. I hate the fact that i cant count on my so call friends when i need something. Sorry ladies i just needed to vent 😓.
