Implantation bleeding

My period is late by 32 days and I have all the early pregnancy symptoms such as larger and darker nipples headaches nausea and heart burn my stomach is very bloated and hard I took a home pregnancy test and It came out negative I took another one at the doctor's today and a blood test. if I'm pregnant I should be about 8 weeks I'm not sure if it's to early for the HCG to show up or not I have been pregnant before but I miscarried after two months 😌 so seeing blood kind of scares me . Also I went a few months without my period and I thought I was pregnant but I was reading and it says you can miss periods if your really stressed. Please lmk what you think I should be getting my results in the next two or three days . Please don't mind the pics 😏😏
