Advice please

Megan • Fri, Feb 13 • Trying for our third! First baby a miscarriage, chemical then rainbow. Second baby 9 months of trying 4 with clomid. Hoping for a quick easy pregnancy for #3

So I had some spotting yesterday called the dr and they said it was fine. But yesterday and today I have felt the baby moving but not as much as usual and I have had my stomach tightening and cramping on a somewhat regular basis should I'll call the dr again?
