breast milk thinning out?

I have had really thick breastmilk. My dr said most breastmilk is 20 calories but she thinks mine is 35. This is a good thing she said. Recently I've noticed it's a thinner consistency when I pump. Why is this? does this mean it has less calories? I've also noticed my daughter is only nursing for 5-8 minutes then falling asleep. Is she gettin. Enough?

The most important thing is that your daughter is gaining weight and that she's hydrated -making wet and dirty diapers. 
Mothers milk changes for many reasons often in response to babies needs -such as if baby is sick it becomes rich like colostrum. Milk also changes as baby gets older and has different nutritional needs. If you've noticed your milk is more "wattery" it could just be a temporary change, even maybe you're drinking more fluids so there is more volume. Any which way, mothers milk usually knows what it's doing.
Falling asleep at the breast is not uncommon.  If she's gaining weight, or tends to have large feedings other times of the day don't worry too much. Sometimes a short feed won't get enough hind milk -gatty milk- into babies tummy, occasionally resulting in green poops. But if you've had high calorie milk, your daughter may be satisfied more quickly. 
If you want to wake her and encourage her to feed longer try tickling her ear, chin, neck. Shake or compress your breast. Walk and feed -tho that can also be a way to help bring sleep. Change her diaper and try skin to skin. These tend to work for my son when I've had similar concern. In the end though he's gaining weight just fine and I've learned to worry a little less. Babies aren't exactly the same every day 😊 and change so quickly
