Weird discharge?

I've gotten this a handful of times now and I dont know why and is starting to bother me not knowing what it is  It is quite literally a gelatinous consistency. It doesn't have an odor to speak of. The last day of my last period was last Friday march 3rd. I don't have any of the usually symptoms of an infection. I have a kidney disease so I am prone to UTIs/kidney infections. I had blood work and a urinalysis done last month and they never called saying I had any infections to speak of then. I haven't really been very sexually active thanks to school. But me and my bf did things Saturday. We always use condoms and I am on BC as well... I think I've touched all the bases I know. Can anyone help?
