Do you allow your kid/s watching cartoon/kids movies/kids shows with one of the scene showing different gender / same gender kissing with/without passionate?

Why kids movie/cartoon channel have to show the scene with different gender/same gender kissing with passionate? Kids brain still plain.. there is some things that they should know and shouldn't know too early. they still learning things step by step, they shouldn't see those things. "Teen titans go" showed the scene that he really want to kiss the girl. The kiss is splashing and the sounds really not good for kids. Now "beauty & the beast" have Lefou character that gay and wanted to kiss Gaston. How I'm gonna explain to our 13yo Down syndrome daughter the thing that I cant explain? Kids do what they saw, they barely know right or wrong. Everything is right for them. Sometimes my daughter does the scene from shows when she play with her dolls and I have to stop her. I dont think cartoon/kids movies safe enough for kids now.
