Missed 4 pills- Bleeding.. Period or Breakthrough?

Hello, I missed 4 pills in a row (one from saturday, 2nd week on pack & 3 from 3rd week on pack, so sunday monday and tuesday, on ortho tri cyclen lo) and i started spotting yesterday with a lot of ewcm & then this morning i started bleeding like a period, it's a lot on my underwear but when i wipe, it's only a little bit of blood, not as much, but is this a period or breakthrough bleeding. I did have unprotected sex on saturday afternoon & he finished in me & i missed a lot of pills, so that's the reason for the bleeding, but i'm seeing online that it isnt a period and it's just breakthrough bleeding.. How do i know what's what & how do I get back on the pill to get back on track? do i start a new pack? Is it possible that i could get pregnant even with this bleeding & my next period isnt until the 19th, and it's too early to be bleeding like this if i was pregnant. Can someone clear this up for me??
