When wiping I found this I turn 8weeks tomorrow in so scared can anyone tell me what this is? Is the placenta or the baby 😓😓😓 everything is going through my head right now and I can't stop crying 😭😭😭 please help me !!

I think you should call your doctor. 
When I had my miscarriage I bled a lot and had a lot of clots and was cramping. I passed the fetal tissue at home and it was a grey ish colored almond shape. 
Your doc should know you passed a clot (could be from something else), could be part of fetal tissue, could be uterine lining, could be a million things I don't know. But your doc needs to know. And they'll tell you if you should go to ER or come in and get tested.

It's best to call the doctor, even if just for reassurance. Passing clots while pregnant is never normal, but can be okay. It could also be a subchornoinc hemorrhage. If it is that, your doctor may want to scan you to check on baby and may want to give you bedrest for a while. I once had that and was off for a few days.. that pregnancy ultimately resulted in MC but not because of a subchornonic hemmorage. I wish you the best of luck! Praying

I have had something like this and went for scan think I had miscarried and I haven't best to get your self to the doctors or hospital xx
