Turner syndrome

I had a cell free DNA test done last week that showed an abnormality with the sex chromosomes - that my baby may have X0, or Turner Syndrome. I will meet with a genetic specialist next week for more information but it is strongly recommended I get a CVS done. I am 11 weeks 3 days and this is my first baby. My question is - anyone test positive on the blood test and then go on to show normal sex chromosomes with more invasive testing or by birth? I am so heartbroken and scared, any experiences or words about Turner Syndrome would be so very appreciated.
