Not finding out baby's gender

I'm just into my second trimester with my first child. My husband and I have decided not to find out what we're having and to wait until he or she is born. We want to experience life's greatest surprise! However I did not anticipate people's strong reaction to this decision. Many are giving us a hard time and keep pestering us to change our mind. I'm afraid that our family will influence us into changing our mind and I'm now second guessing our decision.To the mom's out there who didn't find out the gender of their babies: did you ever regret your decision?
