PCOS?

Since for whatever reason I always feel the need to give a backstory. Hubby & I have been trying to about 7 months. Went for my routine pap & because i've been having some pain & discomfort she tells me i should get an ultrasound. Well I got the call, cyst on my left ovary & what looks like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) on my right. Since him & i are trying to conceive is this something i should worry about? I get my period regularly, not overweight, no extra hair where it doesn't belong & OPKs say i'm ovulating. Which all seems well since all of those are the opposite of what i should be worried about with PCOS. i need some words of encouragement. Any advice is welcome!
