work rant

I've been training my fill in for maternity leave. OMG I'm gonna flip on this girl. Why is it 18 year olds think they know EVERYTHING? She argues with every word i say about everything. Does she realize I'm her boss? I'm trying so hard to control myself but I'm about to lose it. I'm the office manager at a chiropractic office and she refuses to call the doctor a doctor in front of patients, he's even asked her to and she said no, in front of patients...grrr I'm going crazy!!
