How many naps, food and sleep at night for your 5 month old?

My baby is not really gokd at napping and wakes up every 4 hours at night he takes his formula every 4 hours or so and i give him gerber 2 times a day

My son is now 7 months old BUT here's the schedule we use:
630/7: wake up, diaper change, playtime
730/8: morning bottle (8 oz), fruit puree
830/930: playtime, he'll get some Cheerios while he plays
10/1030-12-1230: first nap and 8 oz before nap
12/1230: 4 oz bottle, a bite of my lunch and a sippy cup (he's practicing it but it has water)
1-230: playtime 
3-430: nap, 4-8 oz bottle (sometimes he drinks all 8, other times he only drinks 4) 
430-630: playtime, cheerios and half Apple half water in sippy
645-730: bedtime routine (dinner solids -he usually has some veggies-, bath, lotion and jammies, book and then bottle)
730: we rock while he finishes his bottle (8oz with 2 tbsp rice in it) and then he's in bed
230/330/430 am (sometimes he wakes at 230, sometimes at 330 or 430): 8 oz bottle, diaper changed, back to bed 
630/7: wake up
