Shit 😩

I just sliced my finger with the knife my husband used to check the walls for lead. He washed it and put it back! I didn't notice that it was the same knife of course until after my finger was bleeding out 😖 could this get into my system? I'm in my third tri and am scared for my baby. Btw the lead came back positive!
