4 days late and lots of cramping

Help?! I'm 4 days late and having cramping that feels like my AF is coming and lots of pains in my left pelvis.

I took at test this afternoon and got a bfn I'm going to take a test in the morning! FX!

did anyone have the same symptoms?

and go a BFP?
