Pregnant? HELP (Plan B)

I had sex PROTECTED on March 4th and he came but the condom didn't break. Then we had sex WITHOUT the condom but I don't think he peed after the first round, he just cleaned his penis and then we waited. He did pull out and didn't cum, I took plan B 14 hrs after that just to be safe. My question is, I'm irregular but I was almost on my period, the day I had sex was day 27 of my cycle and I was feeling PMS. I'm thinking the pill made my cycle delay but it's been a week. How many more weeks can I test? Im not feeling sore boobs which is what usually happens when I take plan b or when I'm about to get my period. I just see acne, appetite, and mood swings. No cramps either. Took a pregnancy test about 6 days after sex because I went to the doctor and it was negative, but it's obviously early to test. I also started taking antibiotics and medication like 3 days ago... any thoughts?
